MyTert was developed and created by Leonard and Roxanna Johnson. Roxanna Johnson is the Texas TERT Member Coordinator. When selected for the position she quickly realized that managing hundreds of TERT member through excel spreadsheets was an archaic way to do handle this. Roxanna enlisted her husband who has have 30 years of software development experience to flesh out a new way to handle this procedure.
